Government Forces Announce Recapture of Military Sites East of Al-Hazm City in Al-Jawf

Yemen Monitor / Newsroom: Yemeni government forces announced the recapture of several military sites and strategic high grounds east of Al-Hazm, the provincial capital of Al-Jawf Governorate, following violent clashes with the Houthis. The Armed Forces Media Center stated that Houthi fighters fled the sites retaken by government forces, noting the seizure of weapons and ammunition depots in the vicinity of the Duhaidha Mountains. The center added that the confrontations resulted in the destruction of several combat vehicles and armored personnel carriers, the killing and wounding of dozens of Houthis, as well as the capture of others. The media center pointed out that military operations are ongoing to reclaim the remainder of Al-Jawf Governorate.
