Yemen Monitor / Newsroom: Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) has reaffirmed that Operation “Fajr Al-Yemen” (Dawn of Yemen) will continue until its objectives—ending the Houthi militia’s coup, restoring state institutions, and establishing full sovereignty over all Yemeni territory—are achieved, stressing that the decision to proceed with the military operation is “irreversible.” In a statement issued to mark the one-month anniversary of the operation’s launch, the Council stated that the resilience and sacrifices demonstrated by the Yemeni people over the past month reflect their commitment to reclaiming the state and their outright rejection of leaving the country’s future hostage to arms and terrorism tied to the Iranian project. The statement added that entering the second month of Operation “Fajr Al-Yemen” underscores the firm resolve and steadfast stance of the Yemeni people regarding the battle to restore the state. The Council emphasized that the operation represents a decisive national imperative aimed at terminating the coup, restoring state institutions, and consolidating national sovereignty across all territory. The PLC extended its commendation to the Armed Forces across all formations, as well as security personnel and popular resistance forces deployed across various battlefronts and strategic positions.
